Duscovent Engineering Limited can offer a full range of testing, maintenance and service contracts to provide support for the everyday running of our clients LEV systems. This can cover equipment of our supply as well as existing plant previously installed by others.

Support

Duscovent Engineering Limited is a privately owned company employing staff of high technical ability and with many years experience specialising in industrial dust and fume control, dust suppression and central vacuum cleaning systems. Technical support is provided for clients to assist in achieving performance parameters with minimal operational costs whilst meeting current environmental and health and safety legislation.

Testing

Environmental testing, to latest C.O.S.H.H. regulations, and site surveys are carried out to provide clients with current information relating to the performance of plant and equipment. Testing can form the basis for legislative reports and maintenance planning.

Service

Filter servicing and component changes are carried out to strict company and site safety procedures and requirements. Method statements and risk assessments can be provided whilst service engineers are SCATS trained and hold a current powered access licence.

Spares

Duscovent Engineering Limited can offer a full range of competitively priced replacement filter bags, sleeves and cartridges to suit a wide variety of filter makes and models. As well as ‘like for like’ replacement. Filter efficiency may be improved by the use of different media’s or surface treatments, on which Duscovents technical staff can advise.

Component spares including filter media, cage supports, compressed air pulse clean equipment, gauges, door seals, hinges and handles can also be supplied to client’s specification.

Filter media for other applications can be supplied, including spraybooth type glassfibre media in pad or roll form, replaceable vee pleat panel and high capacity bag filters, H.E.P.A. filters for high efficiency applications and activated carbon filters for odour control.
