Duscovent Engineering Ltd worked in conjunction with Buro Happold on the design and specification of dust and fume extraction systems for the new campus at Falmouth that houses the Falmouth Arts College and Cambourne School of Mines. Systems include dust extraction from rock samples and their preparation, plaster dust extract from sculpture studios, plastic dust and fume extract from the 3D modelling studios as well as welding fume and woodwaste extraction from the CDT studios.

Duscovent Engineering Ltd worked in conjunction with Arup on the design and specification of dust and fume extraction systems for the new campus at Millbank on the bank of the river Thames. Systems include woodwaste extraction from two workshops, metal dust and welding fume extraction, plaster dust extraction, the supply of a mobile spraybooth within the pottery workshop and the installation of free hanging media filters to collect `fly` threads and particulate within the loom and weaving workshops.

Duscovent Engineering Ltd worked in conjunction with Max Fordham llp on the design and specification of dust and fume extraction systems for the new campus at Granton. Systems include dust extraction from the stonemasons workshop, woodwaste extraction from the joiners workshop, two systems for the extraction of welding fume, brazing hearth extract, chemical store extract complete with emergency stand-by fan, oven extract within the dental lab as well as general ventilation systems with balanced input and extract within the darkroom, photo processing room and three off painting and decorating workshops.

Duscovent Engineering Ltd worked in conjunction with Cundall Johnston and Partners on the design and specification of dust and fume extraction systems for the new campus at the Darlington Learning Park. Systems include woodwaste extraction from the joiners workshop, fume extraction and brazing hearth extract within the welding workshop, on-tool extraction from the car body repair shop and vehicle exhaust fume extraction within the garage area.

Working closely with Architects and Engineers on a consultancy basis, Duscovent Engineering Ltd. is able to offer advice on the design and specification of dust and fume extraction to enable cost effective systems to be specified. These systems are designed to comply with current COSHH regulations, EH40 and HSE guidelines as well as being both noise and power efficient. Duscovent Engineering Ltd. also provide systems direct to the end user and are involved in the design, supply and on-going testing of dust and fume extract systems primarily for use in CDT suites.
